We ship across India.
If we cannot deliver to your location, you’ll be notified during checkout.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders within India.

3. Order Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items take 7–10 business days, as they are specially crafted for you.

You will receive:

Order Confirmation Email – once your order is placed
Tracking Email – once your order has been dispatched

4. Shipping Timelines

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch
Express shipping options available at extra cost

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
If you face issues tracking your order, contact our support team and we’ll assist you.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or goes missing, contact us right away — we’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you updated.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or building security.
If still not found, notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can help.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed:

We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
